Posted 26 June 2013

The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) launched its Catalyst Heritage: Building Fundraising Capacity grant programme in 2012, which was devised to enable heritage organisations, large and small, to build financial resilience by attracting private investment through a range of targeted programmes.

In June 2013 HLF awarded one Scottish partnership with a development grant to progress its application to a second and final funding round.  Led by Arts & Business Scotland (A&BS), the partnership includes Archaeology Scotland, Built Environment Forum Scotland, Greenspace Scotland, Museums Galleries Scotland and Scottish Environment LINK.

A&BS and its partners now wish to appoint a suitably experienced consultant to work with us to deliver the work required through the development grant to deliver a fully scoped and complete second stage application for the HLF Catalyst programme.

The contract period is 17 July 2013 – 20 September 2013.
The delivery of the complete Stage 2 application is Friday 20 September 2013.
