Our bespoke development sessions provide an opportunity to take time out from day-to-day board business and focus on key governance issues.

Designed to optimise the performance of your Board by exploring and clarifying areas such as the Board’s legal responsibilities, the different roles of the Board and staff and their relationship, and how the Board can make a difference, your facilitator will design the session around your organisation, ensuring that the discussion is effective and leads to action.

Providing a valuable opportunity to develop your Board and an important shared experience, these sessions can be run as a half or full days and delivered online or in person on a date to suit your organisation.
