We are seeking a new Board member and the particular skills we would welcome include Strategic & Lobbying, alongside knowledge of the Scottish Artistic Sector. However, this is not an exclusive list. We are also looking to diversify our Board and strongly encourage applications from individuals from a variety of different backgrounds. We take Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) very seriously and believe it is important that our Board reflects the diversity of our society and our project participants. We are able to accept applications from less experienced and/or younger people and will offer support to anyone joining through induction ahead of the first meeting, ongoing training, and a ‘buddy’ from the existing Board to guide anyone new through the processes and early meetings.
